      We have made these many times- easy and delicious. They pair well with chicken and beef. I add Aleppo pepper to the cheese mixture. It does run out some while baking but it is so good!

      I made it pretty close to as written. I did add a can of rinsed cannellini beans I didn’t have sunflower seeds so substituted pistachios. I also let the salad meld for about an hour. Added the pistachios at serving.

      Easy and excellent! Fresh and light and satisfying. Next time I will add the peas and dill right in the last minute or two of cooking, as neither needs to simmer long at all and they were both a little overcooked.

      Very flavorful chicken. The 30 min marinate time is enough. I made grilled chicken breasts to pair with the Middle Eastern spiced quinoa from Leon - Happy Salads.

      Made a simplified version—skipped sesame seeds and dried fruit. It is a nice flavor and texture. I was slightly disappointed that the tahini flavor, which was pronounced when warm, wasn’t very noticeable once cooled. Also felt it could’ve used more cardamom, maybe mine isn’t as potent as it should be.
