      Easy to follow, quick to make, and very tasty. You do have to dirty at least 3 butter knives, and the amount of butter in the final sandwich is a bit much but still very enjoyable. Doubled the recipe to make two sandwiches but you don't need to double the egg milk mixture as there is PLENTY enough for two with just the one egg and 1/4cup milk
