    Cajun cod - it’s quite tasty and very healthy. I would say use your judgment on cooking times as my cod would have been terribly overcooked if I added it with the veg during the tinfoil phase - just add it once you take the tinfoil off unless your cod is huge. Veggies were still quite crunchy even after turning heat up in the last five mins to 200, so just be aware of that if you like less bite in your veg.

    Firecracker chicken curry - very tasty, full of flavour. I found I had a lot of sauce so do be careful adding the extra splash of water to the sauce/go easy on the coconut milk. I also dont suggest cooking it as long as suggested so as not to overcook the chicken. But very delicious and healthy.

    One pot chicken and feta pie: Easy and delicious. Definitely doesn't feel like diet food! I forgot the onion, used frozen spinach and made the full thing in the air fryer. The feta and veg give it a lovely Mediterranean feel. I served with balsamic-dressed salad (rather than the listed kale) and offered toasted sourdough on the side to those who wanted it. My mum requested the recipe. The three year old wasn't convinced but I'm optimistic she'll like it better if I omit the spinach. A definite repeat.

    Hot honey chicken tenders salad: Delicious - fresh and flavourful with lovely contrasting textures. This was exactly what we needed after an indulgent weekend. Two sauces might seem a bit decadent, but both come together really quickly and it's lovely having the creamy dressing for the salad plus the sweet and sticky hot sauce to drizzle on the chicken. I made extra chicken bites for lunches. I overcooked mine a little in the air fryer (my fault, not the recipe's) so I'll be careful of that in future.
