    Baked Cajun Feta Orzo - Easy and delicious. Makes a good weeknight meal with leftovers for lunch! I used 2 regular tomatoes bc that’s what I had, but I’ll definitely make it with cherry tomatoes next time.

    Berry cheesecake overnight oats - Easy to make. Haven’t tasted yet and will edit when I have. Our portions came out just over 20g of protein. - eta: very proteiny. Kind of like a quark texture. The berries on top are needed.
