Love this recipe. Easy and came together quickly. Used minced jarred garlic and ginger. Also subbed a can of fire roasted tomatoes instead of fresh. Used gluten free dumplings and since there are fewer in the package than regular, I split the recipe in half. Recommend cooking a minute less as the dumplings overcooked a little at 9 minutes. Served with Jasmine rice. I'd make it again.

This was the rage in Munich about 15 years back and for good reason. It’s refreshing and delicate.
