      This was good but very high effort for what ended up not being better than store bought frozen spanakopita. lol I also need to work on my aesthetics in execution

      Wonderful flavours. Cut some corners due to underestimating time needed, but still great. Simply roasted peppers and then filled them. Used just oil from bottled salsa verde. Whipped feta/labneh was very luxurious. Can only imagine how marvelous this dish would be if time had allowed for all the steps.
