Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Perilla leaves marinated in seasoned soy sauce

    • Rinshin on April 28, 2026

Makes wonderful banchan using fresh Korean perilla/sesame leaves for wrapping cooked rice or any protein along with rice. I think young grape leaves will work great here too. The marinated leaves can be kept in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 days.

  • Seasoned soy sauce

    • Rinshin on April 28, 2026

Wonderful marinade sauce for Korean perilla/sesame leaves or other edible leaves like grape leaves.
