      Chicken meatballs needed more cooking, i would cook off longer before adding to dish

      I'm not sure I'd make this again. The flavour was nice enough, but I don't think it's good enough to justify the hassle of deep frying. The tofu didn't cook well alongside the peppers - it would've been better to deep fry it after the potatoes and aubergines, I think
