This book is brilliant. The recipes are often more complicated than you would think for the simple ingredient list, but as a rule they really deliver. The red curry prawn burgers should be a cult recipe, and we also love the kimchi salmon, a couple of the salads (avocado and chickpea, and orange and feta), and the steak and kohlrabi salad. Quite good if you're having people over as they're not too fussy but often on the impressive side.
