Tikka roast chicken - Delicious flavours. I made everything in an air fryer so the veg wasn't as crispy as I would've liked. (I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem if you cooked on a roasting tray in the oven as the recipe specifies.) There's no mention of resting the chicken, which seems a little odd, so in future I'd rest the chicken for 20 minutes to give the veggies a chance to crisp up. I skipped the carrot and curry leaves but it was still very flavourful.

Moroccan-spiced lamb meatballs and giant couscous - Really yummy. I prepped the meatballs on a weekday morning which meant the dish came together fairly quickly and easily when I got home from work. My meatballs fell apart a bit but I'm sure that was my fault rather than the recipe's. I used harissa instead of tagine paste and skipped the lemon zest, preserved lemon and mint, but really liked the squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander and parsley to finish it. The three people I made this for commented on how nice it was too, so it's a definite repeat. Served with green salad, yogurt and toasted pitta bread (it probably didn't need the bread but I thought it needed something crispy for a contrasting texture). My husband hates normal couscous but happily ate the giant stuff as part of this dish.
