Very good recipe and very tasty!
Very easy to toss together, tasted great. We added salt, tortilla chips, and sour cream to make a meal. I made this in an instant pot to cut down on time. Cooking it on high pressure for 18 minutes and allowing it to naturally vent made for very tender, shredded chicken, albeit possibly more liquidy than the original recipe intended. It’s a great recipe for a busy weekday, however you approach it.
