Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt Breakfast Cake. I was pretty cavalier with substitutions (oats for oat flour, extra plain flour for ground almonds, frozen strawberries for fresh for the topping) and also managed to burn the top within the first 10 mins or cooking (I made it in an air fryer but forgot to reduce the temp). So I was fully expecting it not to be great. I actually really enjoyed it though and it all.comes together very easily using store cupboard ingredients. The only thing I had to buy was the strawberry yogurt. I'd definitely make again, though may try grinding the oats for a lighter texture (as listed in the recipe).
