Pretty quick and easy to make. I left it on the oven for longer to allow the cheese to melt.

Nice flavour. I used sirloin steak (bife de vazia).

  • Maple-roasted chicken thighs with sweet potatoes

This is a family favorite I've made many times. It's a quick & easy, tasty one-dish meal perfect for chilly evenings. I often throw in a some extra sweet potatoes and a second onion. I like to have the extra veggies, so I chop up as much as will fit comfortably in my baking dish.
