    You know your cookbook collecting has gotten slightly out of hand when you find you have three cookbooks dedicated solely to mustard. Still, this has to be my favorite mustard cookbook. She tells you how to make mustard from the seeds (instead of mustard powder) and the one mustard I made so far (Moutarde Soyer) was excellent. I'm definitely looking forward to using more of the recipes.
