    Sea vegetable (pg 59) - a handroll (temaki) using a dried seaweed mix, sesame seeds, and fresh grated wasabi. Only problem is getting fresh wasabi to grate ... I went with horseradish rather than a wasabi paste. A definite success with a decent seaweed mix.
