  • Ti Tina apple pie

Cloyingly sweet. And not in a good way.

  • Banana croissant pudding

    • e_ballad on September 03, 2018

Good but not amazing. The recipe ‘works’ but we were anticipating the banana to be more prominent. Also, the bananas turn quite leathery as the pudding cools, despite the author’s note that this is just as good the following day.

  • Moroccan vegetable tagine

    • e_ballad on June 03, 2021

There is no way this recipe has been tested. The cooking times are ludicrously impossible & there was no flavour whatsoever. Absolutely terrible.

Publishers Text

This is a lavish book about the food and lifestyle of New South Wales' iconic coastal town, Byron Bay, as seen through the eyes of one of its favourite chefs and inhabitants - Steven Snow. Join Steve as he immerses himself in Byron's relaxed way of life - whether he's chilling out with food and friends on his balcony at Possum Creek, or lazing in the grass with a beach-side picnic. With Steve's signature recipes, as well as the more casual fare that he whips up at home, this book is beautifully illustrated throughout with stunning food and location photography.
