The “Honey Mustard Fish” From this cookbook is excellent! We loved the combination of the mustards with the ground cumin. As the cook, I especially liked how easy the topping was to prepare on a weekday night. My 14 ounces of hake took 15 minutes to bake in the oven at 400 degrees. Served with a green lettuce salad and sautéed zucchini.
