      This was an easy and delicious recipe. I served it over brown rice for a filling meal. Next time I would add less vinegar to begin with, and check for flavor. We added sriracha sauce at the table for a bit of a kick.

  • Eggs over beans

      Very easy and tasty dish. Great for a night when you just don't feel like cooking. Tastes MUCH better than it looks! I think it would be bland without the optional chilis.

      This is so much better than it sounds - great to make after coming home from a long day. My favorite chapter in the book is the Pure Pantry

  • Tomato and garlic-flavored chick-peas

      This is my go to meal when I'm tired and hungry and don't feel like standing and cutting stuff up. I put in extra sauce and put it over pasta. A long time favorite.
