    This is a relatively new book in my collection and at first pass, I'm happy to have it...especially since I only paid $2 for it!! Peter Howard is from Australia and has written for Australian Gourmet Traveller. I've already flagged a number of unique and delicious-looking recipes to try including: Chicken Koftas, Meatballs w Homemade BBQ sauce, Whole Sardines w Capers and Pinenuts, Lime-Marinated Chicken w Peanut Sauce, Orange-Scented Meatloaf and Rissoles.
