    Blackberry soup (pg 81) -- I live where blackberry brambles are an invasive weed. You try to avoid them in your yard and use a public trail to pick them. Any recipe that uses blackberries is looked on favorably. None the less, this simple soup is delicious if your blackberries are ripe. The lemon and sugar need to be adjusted to match the berries.
