Notes about this book

Surprised how few people have this book because it contains some terrific recipes, especially for families. We've probably done about a dozen different things from it. Highlights include the boeuf en daube, a wonderful Mexican lamb, lamb with preserved lemon, pheasant with red cabbage and a fragrant chicken stew. Highly recommended!
