      A fabulous addition to my collection of cucumber salads. I used wakame, which I rehydrated, rice vinegar, and hot Chinese Chile flakes. I loved the combination of cucumber, the seaweed, and the sesame. Sweet, crisp, nutty with a touch of heat.
