Grilled Portobellos with Floral Beurre Blanc. Two stars. This combination sounded intriguing but did not work. Also it makes too much sauce for the amount of mushrooms, and the amount of rose water suggested is ridiculously high.

C-Spice Blend. Four stars. Excellent for chilies - use one or two tablespoons, no other herbs or spices needed.

Beyond Oysters Rockefeller - page 17. This recipe is absolutely amazing.
