Berry brioches (p. 104) - Light (i.e., not too rich) brioche worked well here. I mixed the honey in with the yogurt/mascarpone. We ended up using extra berries. This was a really tasty breakfast.

Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Lemon meringue roulade

Very good and easy to make. I tried making my own creme fraiche, but it didn't set, so I just softly whipped it. The lemon curd blended in right away so there was no "lovely marbled effect", but we just dolloped extra lemon curd on our servings.
