    Noodles Romanoff, page 134. Versatile recipe with comforting flavors. Lends well to many additions. I added sauteed mushrooms and chopped thick stemmed asparagus but ham, and sausage should work really well here too. Very good use of leftover cottage cheese and sour cream.

Very good use of leftover cottage cheese and sour cream. I normally don't care for the creamy pasta, but this was good with dry white wine.
