      Both the garlic-shallot-rosemary and the garlic- ginger marinades are great and I use them often.

      Halved the recipe and to make it more interesting added about 1 1/2 T red miso to the egg mixture. As frittatas go, this was very good. It's a quick main dish on a busy weekday evening served along with lots of green salad.

  • Creamy avocado ranch dressing

      Creamy and delicious! I tossed the dressing with chopped iceberg and romaine lettuces, topped with cherry tomatoes, charred corn, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and diced chicken breast - a great combination. The dressing was so tasty that people added more on top.

      This is a good, simple recipe for cooking red bliss potatoes in a skillet. There are several variations included.
