      Great flavor without too much fuss. This is a wonderful way to use an abundance of cucumbers and made a great side salad for an Asian themed dinner.

      This was good, not overly sweet or rich. I substituted white sugar and a little molasses for the brown sugar (I was out), and olive oil for the canola oil (healthier?). Added raspberries. Next time I'd up the amount of cocoa powder by a bit.
