      This was a very easy recipe to do. I decided to try to add all of the dressing ingredients to the squash while cooking which worked well but was a little dry. WIll add the mustard and all of the olive oil and the maple syrup to the cooking along with the rosemary, but will add extra Oliver oil and hold about ½ of the maple syrup and the mustard to create a vinaigrette to add more moisture at the end.
