  • Chicory and ricotta tart

      I've been wanting to make this for ages, and it was really nice indeed, lovely sweet flavour from the chicory on a savoury ricotta base. I cheated and used ready made shortcrust pastry, but will try out the sour cream one from the recipe next time to see whether that makes a difference! Just make sure to season the ricotta mix well and add a good measure of thyme leaves.
