      A bit of prep goes into this salad but it's worth it. Very tasty salad that I'd make again. I'd cut back the balsamic next time

      The recipe asks for a 1 litre container; this is too small for 600ml cream and 5 eggs. 2 litre container is better.

      Simple recipe with surprisingly great flavor. I used my usual pasta method, undercooking the pasta by a minute, reserving some cooking water, then finishing the pasta in the sauce with some cooking water. Recipe doesn't mention salt + pepper, but of course you should season to taste, although you might not need much, depending on your sausage.
