Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Simple recipe with surprisingly great flavor. I used my usual pasta method, undercooking the pasta by a minute, reserving some cooking water, then finishing the pasta in the sauce with some cooking water. Recipe doesn't mention salt + pepper, but of course you should season to taste, although you might not need much, depending on your sausage.
