    I thought this was quite nice. I would increase the amount of anchovies in the dressing next time. It was particularly good with watermelon radishes

    The recipe shown here has 2 major mistakes. The recipe indicates "1 ½ teaspoons baking powder". It should be "1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder". The second mistake indicates "2 unsalted butter, softened". It should be "2 sticks unsalted butter, softened". Making the cake as printed will make a very dense cake. The corrections will yield a much lighter cake.
