      A nice simple cream cocktail ;-) Good for a Sunday afternoon by the fire.

      Really moist cake.. I only used one of the two sponges (so a 2 layer rather than 4 layer) and halved the filling. It was still a large cake. Froze the 2nd sponge so I can do a repeat, but with 2/3 of the filling rather than half. Very easy, very tasty, and well received by all, surprisingly it wasn't overly sweet which appears "normal" for all recipes American.
