    A great book with very easy, accessible recipes. Not many photos. Rose was using things like ground chicken and turkey long before they were readily available in supermarkets. Each recipe comes with nutritional information. Cuts in calories have not compromised flavours. A couple of our fave dishes are: Cajun spiced fish with rotini, zucchini and tomatoes, Seafood Tomato Stew over Fusilli w Fennel, Pasta w Sauteed Chicken, SnowPeas and Oriental Dressing and Spaghettini w Minced Pork (I use chx or tofu and serve w rice or noodles) and Mushrooms in Black Bean Sauce.
