      Simple, very fragrant and nice textural contrast. Makes me want to experiment with other fruit, nut, and soft cheese combos for breakfast.

      Absolutely delicious and not at all heavy considering they are wholegrain. I served with the fruit and some ricotta alongside too. Probably too much for 2 people though, I made 14 silver dollar pancakes which would quite easily satisfy 3 or 4 people at breakfast.

      used melted butter - and, rather than grate an additional carrot - made up weight with raisins - which I would do next time, GORGEOUS!!!
