    I wonder if I’m using a completely different buckwheat polenta to the author, despite the packet indicating similar cooking times. This rapidly turned into a solid mass, rather than the smooth flowing polenta shown in the accompanying photo. I’ve made multiple adjustments to the liquid components but still didn’t achieve the desired consistency.
