Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Also need white wine vinegar. I had to sub lemons for limes. Caramel is my nemesis so was concerned that this was the base of the recipe. Seemed to work ok in the end though and we now have a thickish sauce with quite a clout. Will see what the daughter says as the last one I made separated easily and looked a little unappetising.
