    Absolutely fabulous, made for a board game night and it was a hit! I replaced the avocado with mango due to an allergy and added some diced bell pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly using salmon. People preferred eating it with tortilla chips rather than the lettuce, so next time I'll probably cut the fish up smaller to facilitate that. I let it marinate for about 45 minutes, which was perfect for us.
