    Pork + sage = great. Pork + peaches = great. Pork + sage + peaches = not so great all together. Weird combination of flavors that did not gel together at all for me. At least I kept the peach relish on the side so I could just enjoy the sage-rubbed chops. Would not make again - at least, not to serve together at the same time.
