Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute rice bran oil for sunflower oil.

    I made a number of tomato chilli jams/relishes in Dec 2013 and this is my preferred recipe. Because I didn't want a wine coloured jam I used apple cider vinegar and sugars other than dark brown. I also halved the vinegar, increased the sugar, and added a tsp of citric acid and 2 green apples.
