    I made this with swordfish steaks, and found it delightful. It's difficult to get my partner to like fish that isn't salmon or tuna, but even he deemed this one "quite nice". The grilling method worked fine (though I think I should have had my grill a smidge hotter to get the browning on the outside, I do tend to like my fish on the underdone side so the overall cooked-ness was perfect for me) and I think these would also be really nice on the barbecue.
