    I wasn’t crazy about this. The cauliflower did not get brown enough and got mushy in the time stated. I didn’t really like the combination with mustard either. The recipe was easy though and I can see that a mustard lover would enjoy it.

    I've been making this for years and everyone loves it. Also travels well in the lunchbox; doesn't need to be heated to enjoy!

    This is also a staple side dish in our house. It's surprising how good it is and any leftovers keep well for lunch the next day.

    I thought I was going to love this. as I love the ingredients and the other reviews were so positive. However, I found it nice but not spectacular. I did grow on me during the meal, so I might repeat. Then again, I might not.

    Looking for a simple nutritious side to go with smoked pork ribs, this caught my eyes and curiosity. How good can cauliflower pieces and garbanzo beans baked for 40 min and dressed with mustard based dressing be? It is deceivingly good esp the nutty garbanzo beans. Added sliced onions too. Photo added. Will be repeating this one.

    This is a staple in our house - it is way more than the sum of its parts. We often substitute several handfuls of arugula for the parsley for a more salad-y feel, but it's great both ways.
