    Great marinade, add ~1/2 t salt. I marinated boneless thighs for an afternoon before grilling to place on top of a noodle soup with a peanut butter-based broth. Absolutely delicious and beautiful with the turmeric

    Quite tasty even though I only marinated for an hour. Served with coconut rice and the spicy peanut sauce from the same site.
