Can substitute vegetable stock for fish stock, icicle radishes or red radishes for daikon radishes, and green beans or Chinese long beans for spinach. See recipe for suggested fish steaks.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is a delicious and very easy dish. Great flavor. I upped the chile and used mahi mahi for the fish.
