Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Long list of ingredients, but once everything's in the pot it's on its own. Followed the recipe as written, but I was a half pound short on the oxtails and it took me longer than five minutes to brown them. He doesn't mention anything about removing the seeds from the habanero pepper, but I removed most of them and damned good thing I did. It was quite spicy. This was tremendously flavorful, but very rich. I served some store-bought kimchi on the side to mitigate some of that heaviness.
