Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this almost exactly as written, but replaced the orzo with more corn (because I can't eat gluten). It was very good and liked by all who ate it. The next day I wanted to use the leftovers but needed a larger quantity, so I added leftover steak, more black beans, thinly sliced zucchini, more bell pepper, more red onion, and another squeeze of lime -- it's even better now.
