      I made this almost exactly as written, but replaced the orzo with more corn (because I can't eat gluten). It was very good and liked by all who ate it. The next day I wanted to use the leftovers but needed a larger quantity, so I added leftover steak, more black beans, thinly sliced zucchini, more bell pepper, more red onion, and another squeeze of lime -- it's even better now.

      Most of the time I just use the rub and don't make the sauce. The rub is awesome.

      This recipe for frybread did not work for me- came out very dense and crisp with no puffing at all.
