Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Used two bunches of spinach instead of the four called for in the recipe. Even so, this would more aptly be called spinach and tomato soup! Tasty results, but not a stand-out. The chopped tomatoes did not sear for me, even though I had the heat on high on a high-btu burner and all the liquid had evaporated from the pan. Might use less semolina next time; using the amount called for in the recipe results in a fairly thick soup. It's pretty, though.
