      This pizza is amazing... beautiful presentation for company but so delicious you won't want to share.

  • Tomato and spinach soup

      Used two bunches of spinach instead of the four called for in the recipe. Even so, this would more aptly be called spinach and tomato soup! Tasty results, but not a stand-out. The chopped tomatoes did not sear for me, even though I had the heat on high on a high-btu burner and all the liquid had evaporated from the pan. Might use less semolina next time; using the amount called for in the recipe results in a fairly thick soup. It's pretty, though.

      Fantastic dessert. I do not like most white chocolate but this is wonderful using El Ray ICOA; it is not as sweet as other white chocolates. We serve with the Raspberry Sauce.
