    I bought some snake beans the other day. First time ever. I looked for recipes and this one from Gary was the one it appealed more to me, not only because I could get all ingredients easily, but also it was easy to cook once you had your prep done. I substituted the Chinese sausage for chorizo, as I couldn't get it here, and also added some ginger. I also altered the cooking steps a bit. The result was delish. Everybody liked it, even hubby who is not that keen on Asian flavours.
